1. Take digital photographs of your patient (refer to photography guidelines below).
2. Choose the best photograph and copy the selected photo to your computer’s hard drive.
3. Click the "Order Now" button on this page and complete the order form, attach your photo and submit.
4. Within three working days KDG will email your before and after digital patient presentation.
